Gun n Roses, a band that tried to be as humble and inoffensive as possible tripped up on these two albums, Appetite for destruction and Lies. The first for the Robot that some people think might be attacking the woman,

the second for the nude inner sleeve.

I keep getting asked if Better On Vinyl sold CD's, so I bought a couple of collections, about 300 CD LP's and the same amount of CD singles. Mainly brit pop and a lot indie stuff alot of digi-packs, I am not cataloging them or even sorting them out! They are £5.00 each for the LP's and £3.00 each for the singles, and selling fast.

Better On Vinyl?
27th January 2012 - 0 comments
Why is vinyl better than CD's and digital.

Some sounds that have very quick transitions, such as a drum beat or a trumpet's tone, will be distorted because they change too quickly for the sample rate, a digital recording is not capturing the complete sound wave. It is approximating it with a series of steps

A vinyl record has a groove carved into it that mirrors the original sound's waveform. This means that no information is lost. The output of a record player is analog. It can be fed directly to your amplifier with no conversion.
